WILDFIT Coaching Terms and Conditions
Welcome new WILDFIT Coaches! You’re now part of the WILDFIT coaching certification Facebook community, and are going to meet friendly, generous, supportive, health-conscious people who want to support and encourage each other in their new WILDFIT career.
We’re thrilled you’re here, and invite you to post an introduction and tell the group a little about you, where you’re from and what your WILDFIT goals are.
Now for the legal stuff:
When commenting, sharing, posting or participating in all actions otherwise on or with the WILDFIT Coaching Certification Facebook Group, you automatically agree to the Terms of Use listed below. Any violation of these terms could subject you to potential removal from the WILDFIT community, or potential legal action.
This is a space to post encouraging and supportive messages. It’s a space to share information, wins, challenges, business goals, tips and resources. It’s a space to connect and collaborate with one another.
It is not a space to post technical/billing issues or negativity. If you need us to take action on something or have any feedback or concerns you need WILDFIT Headquarters to address, please contact us directly at support@getwildfit.com so that we can discuss and work together on a solution. It’s a lot more personal and effective this way.
Medical Knowledge
As a WILDFIT Coach, you are not a medical professional, and nor should you pretend to be one. If one of your clients has a medical concern, please direct them to their physician. This group is a space to discuss your experience, but we are not here to make a medical diagnosis. In addition, none of the advice offered here is ever intended to encourage your clients to stop or change their medications without the approval of their doctor.

The WILDFIT Coaching Certification Facebook Group is strictly meant for coaches who are completing the WildFit coach training program. Please do not invite others to join the group or share information to sources outside of the group.

Facebook Corporate
WILDFIT Coaches Coaching Certification Group. If they change their terms or decide to start charging for Facebook groups, that may limit or remove our ability to keep this Facebook group open and running. Similarly, if group guidelines are not honored and upheld, the Facebook group may also be eliminated. By using the WildFit Coaches Community Group, you also automatically acknowledge that you have agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Facebook.
Security
If you use our Facebook page, you agree that you are actually you. This means that you can’t pretend to be someone else, and that all information that you provide us is accurate.
You also agree to the fact that anything posted from your account is your responsibility. If you were hacked, or if someone else was using your account to post something, you are still responsible for it. If you think that you have been hacked, or that your account is being used by another person, please contact Facebook, and let us know, especially if they posted something weird in your name.
Errors and Inaccuracies
Everyone messes up sometimes, and we know that we’re not perfect, so there may be some typos or other mistakes. However, the information on the site, including, without limitation, information regarding pricing, may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies, and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice to you. We do not, however, guarantee that any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions will be corrected.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Any changes that we make will become a part of our agreement with you when they are posted to the Site. Your continued use of our Services, or the Site will constitute your agreement to the changes we have made. The last date these Terms were revised is set forth at the end of this document.
Violation of Terms
Hopefully it never gets to this point, because it would make us really sad, however, if you do break our Terms, these are some of the consequences:
We may delete your post without notice. If items are deleted, it’s not an accident. We are VERY particular about what we delete, because we really want you to share as much as possible. We may or may not notify you depending on how offensive or inappropriate the post was, but you are always more than welcome to contact us if a post is deleted. Also, Facebook has been known to delete items themselves, so it may be an issue with the Terms and Conditions of Facebook itself, in which case you can contact Facebook.
The most common reason a post is deleted is if it violates our guidelines in regards to self-promotion. If your post is a gray area for us, assessment is at the discretion of the WILDFIT team.
If violations continue, we might reach out to you to say that you’re in violation of our WILDFIT terms.
Our lawyer may contact you.
We may remove you from the WILDFIT Program, Coaching Certification and community.
These guidelines are here to support you and create a space for everyone to feel comfortable to share. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to reach out to support@getwildfit.com
