My name is Vivi and I am passionate about food, health, traveling, cooking and the healing power of our bodies. Too many?? :)
I help people reset their relationship with food and reach their goals of weight loss, feeling good, having energy and most important having their mind&body balance – that’s why I love the holistic approach of WildFit with the support of a Health Coach. Having myself experienced this – I’m particularly interested in emotional eating patterns and emotional connections with food – funny – but I got pretty good at it through my own journey. One client called me “wounded healer” – I loved it!
WildFit brought clarity in my life and in my relationship with food – I am not counting calories anymore, not exercising until exhausting my body, I am not “afraid” of foods or of eating, no more “if I eat this I will get fat”, I gained trust in my body and my choices and finally my body is healing&releasing naturally. Now I know what nurturing the body really means from so many perspectives and the food confusion finally faded away. And truth being said: it’s not always just about the food that’s why I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to have someone supporting you in this holistic wonderful journey.
My biggest lesson was and still is: this is a journey and not a “one-time” diet – if you’ve followed many diets like me, you know what I am talking about – so right now breath and start by being patient with yourself.
