Why does this matter?
We live in a world where the food industry and slick advertising often disconnect us from our meals and their true impact on our health. We’re in the midst of an epidemic—obesity, diabetes, and other lifestyle diseases are not only stealing years from our lives but also diminishing the quality of those years. Many of us are suffering, needlessly.
Why am I so passionate about this, you ask?
For the longest time, I was on a completely different path. I excelled in maintenance and manufacturing, solving problems, and making repairs. While I was good at it, it never fueled my soul.
Then, a life-changing moment arrived.
In 2017, I took the WILDFIT 90-Day Challenge, and it was as if the scales fell from my eyes. In just 90 days, I lost 40 pounds and gained a healthier, more respectful relationship with food.
Fast-forward a few years…
Life threw curveballs. Stressful circumstances led me to homelessness for a brief period. Just as I thought I was getting back on my feet, health scares emerged—an abnormal lump that could’ve been cancer, an Aortic Aneurysm, and Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. And as if that wasn’t enough, I contracted COVID-19 in January of 2020.
I knew I had to turn my life around.
So, I returned to the WILDFIT lifestyle and supplemented it with personal growth seminars. These experiences helped me discover my true calling—not fixing machines, but enhancing human lives.
Offering a helping hand has always fulfilled me. So I thought, “Why not apply my knack for problem-solving to help others achieve better health and a higher quality of life?”
That was my ‘aha’ moment.
Today, as a certified WILDFIT Coach, I’m on a mission to help people transform their relationship with food and, consequently, their lives. I’ve even managed to subdue my Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis to the point that it no longer troubles me.
My dream is audacious but simple: to create a world where people live healthier, more fulfilling lives and where Autoimmune Diseases are a thing of the past. It’s a big dream, but one that’s entirely achievable when we take control of our destinies. When We Believe, We Achieve!
