Hi, I’m Stuart but you can call me Stu, and I’m a Transformational Health Coach.
So what does that mean?
It means I help people regain their healthy relationship with food. As a result, you’ll better understand what you eat and why you eat what you eat. We go into the psychology behind eating. You’ll also learn what your food does both to and for your body.
Why is this important?
Between the food industry and advertising, we’ve lost touch with what we eat and what it’s doing to us. Obesity, diabetes, and other lifestyle diseases are not only shortening our lives but also impacting our quality of life. Our existence is filled with suffering and agony, and all too often cut short.
So why am I so passionate about healthy eating and how did I get on this path?
Well, for most of my life, I was on a different path, one where I excelled in maintenance, manufacturing, doing repairs and solving problems. It has always come natural to me so I stayed the course, but it has never truly been my passion.
Then it happened…
In 2017, I signed up for the WILDFIT 90-Day Challenge and it changed my life forever. It was the best decision I have ever made for myself. It changed my relationship with food. I released 40 pounds in just 90 days. I learned how to make better decisions around what I eat and why I eat it.
A few years later…
I attended a few personal improvement seminars which helped me realize my true purpose in life. That purpose was not maintenance or repair. Instead, it was to help people live a better life.
I’ve always been the first person to offer to help anyone in any situation. That even meant literally offering the shirt off my back in some situations. Being there for people always made me feel fulfilled. So I figured, if I was good at fixing things and making improvements and I loved helping people, then why couldn’t I do the same to help fix and improve people’s lives, health, and quality of life?
It all started to make sense now…
That’s when I decided to become a WILDFIT Coach. Today, I’m helping people understand their relationship with food. I do this by teaching them the psychology of WHY they eat what they eat, and what it’s doing to their body. Essentially, I’m teaching them how to live a healthier, longer life, and more importantly, improve their quality of life.
I’ve made it my mission to help change the world to a healthier, more fulfilling world where anyone can have this amazing lifestyle, if they choose to do so.
