About Steph

Are you ready to redefine what exceptional health means for you? I discovered the power of WILDFIT® and fasting as the catalysts for my own profound health transformation. My journey started with studies in Occupational Therapy at Otago Polytechnic, followed by delving into Exercise Science at Max International College in Australia. Continuously immersed in health education, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge to empower your unique health journey.

With a background as an Ironman finisher, a 2nd dan black belt in Zen Do Kai Freestyle Karate, a 2nd degree black singlet in Muay Thai Kickboxing, and a former defensive tactics and physical training instructor at the Royal New Zealand Police College, I bring unwavering dedication and vigor to guide your transformation.

As a certified WILDFIT® Health Coach in NZ, I am wholeheartedly committed to YOUR health journey. Your success becomes my mission, and I pour my energy and expertise into ensuring your fulfillment throughout the online health challenge.

Beyond coaching WILDFIT® and fasting, I am also an auctioneer for a prominent real estate brand along the sunny Kapiti Coast in New Zealand. Motherhood shapes a significant part of my life—I cherish time with my capable 15-year-old daughter and our lively 2-year-old cavoodle. My partner keeps me balanced, real and always laughing. My passions span from riverside strolls and meditation, to intense gym sessions, from creating nutritious meals to reveling in loud music and dance. Every moment, I’m working on manifesting an exhilarating and connected future. This is my current spiritual path, and I have much to learn along this journey.

If you’re seeking an empathetic, holistic and attentive ally for your health journey, reach out—I’m here, ready to support you wholeheartedly!
