I know I am lucky to live on the tiny island of Bermuda 🇧🇲 (born and raised here). The challenge for me has been how to achieve personal freedom in such a small place.
After a career in technology and insurance, I found my freedom to visit over 80 countries and explore big cities, lush landscapes, and unfamiliar languages. I always have four things in my handbag. In addition to my wallet, my camera, phone, and passport are close at hand. Just in case the opportunity to be on the move comes up!
In 2019 while taking photos of the second carnival in Bermuda, I was shocked to see the real me….. 20+ pounds heavier in under four years. I knew at that time I had to do something. After a near-starvation diet that didn’t work, I found WILDFIT.
The WILDFIT journey to health changed my life.

Over 90 days, I shifted my relationship with food and lost 30 lbs.

My live coaching classes are 1:1 and in groups.
Each class follows a tried and tested formula for getting the best results. Clients gain clarity about their emotions to make better food choices and overall improve their health.
I have taken the leap that most people dream about, and I quit my day job. I am now diving in full time as a Travel Photographer and Certified WILDFIT Coach promoting freedom.
