About Pooh Ling
I grew up in equatorial Malaysia. I am a foodie and a globe trotter. I love experimenting with food from different parts of the world. Creating easy to make healthy foods that bring out the distinctive flavours of the world into a plate or a bowl is my favourite pastime.
WILDFIT has taught me so much about food nutrition, improved my health and energized my body. I brought WILDFIT to my family and it has transformed their health too. My mother became post diabetic because of WILDFIT and my husband enhanced his endurance sport performance.
I have been coaching since Jan 2019. My clientele ranges from medical doctors, nutritionists, nurses, entrepreneurs, working professionals to single parents. I help highly ambitious women, entrepreneurs and working professionals to lose weight for good, increase energy, gain confidence and achieve food freedom!
