About Dr. Pooh Ling
I grew up in equatorial Malaysia. I am a foodie and a globe trotter. I love experimenting with food from different parts of the world. Creating easy to make healthy foods that brings out the distinctive flavours of the world into a plate or bowl is my favourite pastime.
WILDFIT has taught me so much about food nutrition, improved my health and energized my body. I brought WILDFIT to my family and it has transformed their health too. My mother became post diabetic because of WILDFIT and my husband enhanced his endurance training performance.
Now I help highly ambitious women and working professionals around the world to lose weight for good, increase energy, gain confidence and achieve food freedom!
