In February of, 2020, I did the 90-Day WILDFIT® Challenge for myself and it was a transformational experience.
Before I joined the challenge, my body was whispering to me that something was wrong and I didn’t want to ignore it. I was experiencing random aches and pains, carrying additional weight and I couldn’t get a handle on inoptimal food cravings.
After the 90-Day Challenge, I finally understood why I was eating, what I was eating and when I was eating it.
I released 11 pounds, gained muscle mass and bone density and dropped two dress sizes! I was sleeping better, I was more clear-headed and my focus had improved. And best of all, I was clear of my cravings!
Because of WILDFIT®, I have so much awareness around my relationship to food that when something doesn’t work it’s really easy for me to switch it around and get myself on track.
After completing WILDFIT®, I’m stronger mentally, physically, and emotionally, and I have more confidence in myself.
I became so impressed with the changes that were happening in my life, as a result of WILDFIT®, including improved relationships with clients and a more positive outlook on life, that I decided to become a WILDFIT® Health Coach.
Food is a necessity of life. It’s also at the centre of our communal events and experiences.
Ceremonies, rituals, special occasions and so many more events share a common theme; food.
I have always felt that if we could learn to master our cravings with food, we would have a template to master other unhealthy habits as well.
Throughout my life and career, I have successfully used breath-work, meditation and mindfulness practices alongside the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to assist 100’s of people in overcoming their food cravings. While these practices have yielding great results in the short term, they still rely heavily on the use of willpower to manage certain cravings. And as we all know, willpower is both a limited and unsustainable tool to rely on.
As soon as I experienced WILDFIT® for myself, I knew that it was the missing piece in my practice.
