I have always loved to cook and bake and have been a firm believer that my body ought to get what it needs from the food I eat. No supplements needed.
This combined with my desire to teach people that they can be in charge of their own health led me to WILDFIT. But it was not a straight road.
First I had to go through the discomfort of gaining weight, having stomach problems and always feeling tired. It seemed that my theory was not working. Even though I was cooking all my meals from scratch, my body didn´t get what it needed. Not even going to the gym 4 times a week helped. What I learned during my WILDFIT challenge changed everything. And the rest is history, as they say.
Being a health coach is amazing. It brings me great joy to see the changes my clients go through, the energy they receive and the increased health they gain within 3 short months.
Several years ago I wrote a vision which stated. I help people reduce the use of medication. Back then I didn´t even believe it was posible myself. Now I live it every day.
