Hello! I am Natasa, mom, wife, avid CrossFiter, certified nutrition coach and health enthusiast. But, it wasn’t always the case!
My background is in hardcore corporate business. I am a co-founder of an airline and as such spent over 10 years in super exiting projects and jobs. What I didn’t realise at that time was the toll the constant stress was taking on my health. Things got worse after the birth of my son, when I ended up with 30 kg extra weight, got postpartum depression, constant head aches, flus, colds and join aches. The compound effect of longtime stress and pregnancy (all your reserves get depleted!) was absolutely horrendous.
That’s when I came across WildFit and it totally changed my life. What caught my attention was the behavioural aspect, which I have not seen incorporated so well in any of the diets before. And believe me, I tried ALL of them… But then again WildFit is not a diet. It’s a lifestyle.
I got certified in late 2020, and since then got a certification in nutrition from Stanford. I keep learning and growing so that I can best support you on YOUR WildFit journey and on to your optimal health.
