As a certified WILDFIT® coach, I’m on a mission to empower people to break free from dieting and achieve optimal health. Hi, I am Najib Khan, and in my late 40s. I have developed a love for all things related to travel, culture, food, outdoor activities, photography, and lifestyle topics. I find the interconnectedness of everything in the world fascinating. For many years, I worked as a Sr. Cisco Solutions Architect (CCIE #46132), specializing in Unified Communications & Collaboration (UCC) and Cloud Solutions, helping companies innovate and drive digital transformation.
Starting in 2021, I realized that my true passion lies in helping others achieve their health goals and transform their relationship with food. As a result, I decided to shift my career focus away from technology and toward WILDFIT coaching. Now, I am dedicated to guiding people towards living healthier, happier lives through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes. It is exciting to explore this new path and make a positive impact on people’s lives.
My journey started in my 20s, when I had a great lifestyle – I was active, ate well, and felt amazing. Even in my 30s, I felt good about my body and weight even though I had a few bad habits of food intake. However, as I entered my 40s, the pounds started creeping on. It wasn’t until the pandemic hit that I realized I had become overweight, and I knew that something had to change. That’s when I discovered WILDFIT, and it transformed my life.
I had released 34 lbs (15.4 kg) at the end of my 90-days in April 2021, and never looked back. My Body Fat was 15.6% and the body mass index (BMI) rate was 21.6 that means within the healthy weight range – Normal. Today, I am much more in charge of my health, and my Body Fat has reduced to 14.7%.
WILDFIT taught me how to listen to my body’s signals, pay attention to the right hunger and make choices that make me feel good, rather than relying on willpower alone. Since starting WILDFIT, I’ve not only released weight but have also gained more energy, stamina, and confidence. And now, as a certified WILDFIT coach, I want to empower others to do the same.
