Having experienced a long list of autoimmune health challenges throughout most of her life, Michèle came to WILDFIT as a client first before ever considering becoming a coach.
Upon retiring from 30-year career as financial aid administrator at a Canadian university, her primary goals were to release weight, improve her health, travel and extend her social circle. She was very clear that retirement was going to be about adventure and fun.
With WILDFIT, her health transformation was even more impressive than her weight release and encouraged her to share this knowledge with others. Now she helps others achieve their goals too!
She is physically active and walks more than drives. She is engaged, constantly seeking to learn more to assist her clients. She firmly believes that optimum health requires a mind-body-spirit balance.
Michèle is also a Certified Trainer in Nonviolent Communication with almost 20 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and groups to change their relationships with themselves and others with compassion, a natural fit with her WILDFIT coaching.
She and her husband of 40+ years, and their rescue dog Chula, currently split their time between beautiful Vancouver Island and Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. She loves to travel (current list is at 15 countries and counting) and intends to do so again once travel restrictions are lifted. She loves to cook all kinds of food and share recipes. She is delighted to work with individuals of all ages who want to achieve the best for their health.
