What I do:
I help folks get fit from the inside out.
I believe wellness and fitness go hand in hand; you really can’t maintain one without the other. Notice I said ‘maintain’. We can all get our bodies in shape with proper nutrition and exercise. We basically know what to do to get the bodies we want, yet we still have trouble getting there; if we do, it can be fleeting as we inevitably slip back into bad habits. Why can’t we get there and stay there??
In an ideal world, we all have stable jobs that give us a sense of purpose and enough money to do the things we want, predictable schedules that allow for rest and play, supportive relationships that nurture our souls and help us grow in new ways, access to healthy foods and activities that keep our bodies well and fit, and everything else we need to support a healthy lifestyle. In the real world, at least one or all of those things are lacking at any given time.

My goal is to meet you where you are on your wellness journey. I will help you tackle each component of wellness with the tools and resources available to you in your current situation. I believe that moving into wellness should be a gentle and nurturing process with appropriate movement for your current level of fitness and a gradual transition to a healthier lifestyle. -Let’s Grow in Wellness Together!
