I am so excited and honoured to be part of the WILDFIT team helping transform the lives of many. I help health seekers of all ages (teenagers to seniors) on their journey with the WILDFIT program. I have seen clients increase their energy, get better sleep, solve “gut issues”, release/gain weight, having less stress and a stronger immune system (so important in 2021 and onwards!).
I grew up in Quebec City and Montréal and am now about one hour from Toronto in the lovely town of Cobourg. About 15 years ago I was “old, tired, in pain and petrified I would end up in a wheelchair”. I struggled with the advice from my doctors and took a giant leap –> I followed the advice of Hippocrates “Let thy food be thy medicine…..”. I put my body, mind and spirit into changing my diet and it worked!! Since 2008 the lifestyle I’ve embraced includes the whole food plant-based diet that works for me (mostly raw and vegan), moderate exercise (except when I’m downhill skiing at Lake Louise), mindfulness practices and healthy relationships.
In 2017 I took the WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge to gain an understanding of food psychology especially as it relates to cravings (who isn’t addicted to sugar or coffee or carbs….?) and how the food industry has contributed to the poor health of many around the world.
As your coach, I will commit to listen to your needs, encourage you to set your goals for a healthy life, support you (whether you are a meat-eater, pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan) with the tools to accomplish more than you could do on your own. All of this while having fun and tasting delicious food in a community of supportive like-minded WILDFITTERS!!
