I am a Health Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist and Fitness Instructor who loves to explore and live a healthy lifestyle with my family. My husband and I enjoy cooking together, listening to music, and traveling. We are proud parents to 2 daughters, our Havanese dog, Mason and we recently became grandparents for the first time!
For more than 20 years I used to suffer from terrible symptoms like migraine headaches, bloating, and pain and inflammation in my joints, just to name a few. As a lover of fitness, I used to believe that I could exercise off whatever I put at the end of my fork. I taught over ten 60 minute classes a week but never was able to lose those annoying last 10 pounds.
Through WILDFIT, I released 18 pounds and dropped 2 sizes. But more importantly, I developed a healthier relationship with food and exercise and no longer suffer from pain or guilt.
I now help men and women like myself, who have felt discouraged by the food and fitness industry, to love their bodies and food again.
Most recently I helped a group of 18 people lose over 400 pounds, drop several sizes and gain more self confidence than they’ve ever been able to get from the gym. Their WILDFIT transformations were magical.
