I am a WILDFIT Health Coach who believes in getting and staying healthy by eating the right foods. I am 56 years old and am passionate about helping people gain clarity, confidence and energy.
I started the WILDFIT diet because my sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure numbers were out of whack. I was also gaining weight and going through menopause. After my 90 days, I lost 25 pounds, and gained more energy than I ever remember having. I also, got all of my numbers where they needed to be.
My husband and I live a WILDFIT life, and success to me is helping others live a healthy, vibrant, life.
