During my teenage years I developed a very troubled relationship with food, whenever I felt low I would turn to comfort food. This behavior stayed with me until I did the 90day program myself.
Now I don’t need food anymore to settle my emotions. This feels so liberating and therefore I decided to become a WildFit coach myself.
