I was told by medical doctors that it’s very hard to lose weight due to Poly-cystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and had been on Metformin (prescription medication) for years. I also had a very unhealthy relationship with food. Not anymore- after doing the WildFit 90-day challenge in 2019 I completely transformed my life.
