I’m a 50-year-old married working mom and I’m amazed at the way WILDFIT continues to impacts my life. I completed my 90-day challenge in May 2021 and released over 20 pounds but had other surprising benefits. The best one is that I’ve been living with chronic pain for decades and my pain levels went down by about 80%. I was able to get off my nerve pain medication, daily anti-inflammatories, and my inhaler.
I have over 25 years experience as a stagehand and sound engineer both on the road and on Broadway. I became a custodial stepmom to five children in 2006 when the kids were ages 4-13. I understand chaos on a visceral level and am uniquely situated to help entertainment workers, stepparents, and people managing unusual schedules and constant location changes navigate the WILDFIT 90-day challenge and lifestyle. I’m very dialed in to how other well-being practices such as intentional movement and meditation can support us, and how they can be scalable and adaptable no matter your circumstances.
