About Julie

I’m a 50-year-old married, working mom in New Jersey, USA and I’m amazed at the way WILDFIT continues to impact my life.

Do you hurt? I lived with chronic pain for decades. Then somewhere around week 5 of the WILDFIT 90-day challenge, my pain levels reduced by about 80%. That’s a non-scale victory worth shouting to the rooftops! I was able to get off my nerve pain medication, daily anti-inflammatories, and inhaler. I released 20 pounds and have kept it (and more) off for nearly 2 years.

Do you have a challenging schedule that involves traveling or eating out a lot? I have over 25 years experience as a stagehand and sound engineer both on the road and on Broadway. I became a custodial stepmom to five (yes, five) children ages 4-13 in 2006. I understand chaos on a visceral level and am uniquely situated to help entertainment workers, stepparents, and people managing unusual schedules and constant location changes navigate the WILDFIT 90-day challenge and lifestyle.

My strengths include how other well-being practices such as intentional movement and meditation can support us, and how they can be scalable and adaptable no matter your circumstances.
