I am a New York based certified health and breathing coach, and a former professional athlete, who believes in a holistic approach to health, fitness and beauty.
Working with me, you will learn how to make changes to your body by understanding what “eating well” really means for you. Together, we will map the best plan to get your body functioning optimally (spoiler alert- your ideal weight will emerge as a by-product).
In addition I will introduce you to the foundation of breath work and help you develop a practice that is quick, easy and immediately rewarding. Your body is your greatest ally on the road to optimal health. I would love to get to work with you and be part of your transformation to a whole new you!
