Born in the UK and settling in NZ in 2001, Jo has long been fascinated by her own and other people’s behaviour, knowing no-one does anything for no reason – regardless of whether that person knows the reason consciously or not. She is genuinely passionate about supporting others to make breakthroughs in understanding how their minds and bodies work so that they can;

This along with her experience in coaching, mentoring and teaching people of all ages means she has a huge depth of knowledge and real life, down to earth and practical tools clients can begin to apply immediately.
