These are only a few of the many, many incredible results that my clients have shared with me.
I joined Wildfit in June 2019, out of desperation, really, when my health hit rock bottom. I had extreme fatigue and a horribly weak immune system. I was frequently sick with flu and ear, nose & throat infections – as soon as I got well from one illness, I would catch the next one.
I also had severe period cramps, sore back, mood swings, diarrhoea/constipation and sugar cravings each menstrual cycle.
Despite being skinny all my life, I started to have uncontrollable weight gain, even with working with a personal trainer at the gym and taking supplements.
During my 90 Day Wildfit Challenge – all those symptoms disappeared. At 40 years of age, I’m fitter and healthier than I was at 20. I have a level of energy, health and vitality beyond what I could have ever imagined.
When I graduated from the program, I was selected to be a Mindvalley Wildfit ambassador, and in that role, I supported over a thousand Wildfit participants from all over the world.
I then went on to certify as a Wilfit coach – I’ve now coached a diverse range of clients from 11 different countries, of various ages and health backgrounds. My youngest client is 21, and the oldest, my own mum, is 68! I help my clients to adapt the Wildfit program to their respective culture and country – especially with ingredients and recipes – so they can use the best and freshest produce easily available to them.
I’ve also coached vegetarian and vegan clients.
I love being a Wildfit coach because I get to journey alongside and support my clients to achieve their best health possible. We have a lot of fun along the way, we practice self compassion, we get creative, we get curious, we play full out. Watching my clients progress day by day as they learn to truly connect to their own body, nourish themselves and understand how to create optimum health for themselves – it’s magic.
