About Diane
Hi! I’m Diane.
I love to help runners, other athletes, and active people take control of their health and fitness by experiencing food freedom. I would love to help you experience the fact that your weight and emotional wellbeing can be independent of your workout routine.
I live in the Dallas, Texas area. I love running from 5k’s to marathons, strength training, and Pilates. I am currently recovering from surgery to correct a birth defect, so I have been on a long break from working out. I am just beginning the journey to return to the active lifestyle I love so much, and I am so excited about the possibilities ahead. Fortunately, I have been able to maintain my weight even without working out, and I am the happiest I’ve ever been thanks to the tools I have learned through WILDFIT!
My WILDFIT story began when I found myself in a really difficult place. I had an undiagnosed health condition for seven years that kept getting worse. I could no longer work out. I gained 20 pounds in 12 months with no sign of stopping. These struggles were getting to me and I found myself in a physical, mental and emotional mess. Thankfully, after my WILFIT 90-Day Challenge, I lost the 20 pounds and I felt like a completely different person! Now I have confidence, improved self-esteem, and I am HAPPY!
I can help you achieve your success as well because I love to help people and I believe in WILDFIT. I will devout myself as your coach to your journey and will commit myself to your success. I would love to share what I have learned through my own journey to help you experience lasting health and genuine happiness.
