Hi, I’m Christine…
I support emotional eaters who want to find peace, food freedom, and energy to create a diet-free, healthy lifestyle that is personal and fits with their priorities.
As a full-time employee and business owner, I understand that life can be overwhelming, making it difficult to find the time and motivation to focus on your health and body.
That’s why I’m here to guide you to gain control of your emotional eating, release excess fat, gain energy, reduce inflammation, and find the balance you need to live a happy and fulfilling life.
I’m a 35-year-old public sector employee and business owner who has struggled with emotional eating, body image and weight issues for as long as I can remember.
From the age of five, I have felt self-conscious about my body and have tried everything from extreme diets to meal-replacement shakes to get the body I wanted.
However, despite my best efforts, such measures only left me feeling miserable with aching muscles and low self-esteem, causing my weight to yo-yo and creep up more and more.
By the time I reached 30, I had given up on health and slimming down. I started to give into emotional eating on a daily basis, live off takeaway food and gained more weight than my scale could measure. Plagued by chronic pain and insomnia I didn’t believe that my life was worth living any more.
But everything changed in July 2021 when I stumbled upon a 90 Day Food Freedom Challenge that changed my relationship with food for the better.
Today, I’m 45 kg (100 lbs) lighter, pain-free and filled with a newfound energy that I never thought was possible. My confidence has soared, and I’m now able to wear clothes FIVE dress sizes smaller than my heaviest!
Don’t get me wrong, I’m still continuing on my journey and yet I have already helped others to experience their own food freedom, release excess weight, and improve their health in 2022.
