“I want to share with you what I have learned through Wildfit. First, thank you so much for the gentle, intuitive, and informative way that you lead us. You are really good at this! Here’s my list of what I love about Wildfit: starting my day with an alkagizer (greens) fills me up until lunch, provides me with essential vitamins and helps to keep me regular. Dairy and gluten, primarily dairy, is the primary contributor to my bloating. I can do without caffeine. I haven’t eliminated it completely as I still drink decaf coffee sometimes, but I can see how my body does better without all of the caffeine. I am really enjoying my cup of hot tea at night. I really enjoy Spring! I now know the best time of day to eat fruit so that my body metabolizes it in the most healthy way. I have found a few ways of preparing green beans, brussel sprouts and mushrooms with organic chicken legs that I LOVE!!!! I’m sure this list isn’t exhaustive, but I wanted to share some of my highlights! Oh, and I’ve lost 13 lbs and many inches! I haven’t measured yet but I can tell by how my clothes fit! I am an Elementary Literacy Teacher with over 20 years experience as a coach. My passion has always been helping others achieve the best version of themselves. I love being active and outside as much as possible.
I first discovered WILDFIT in an Instant Pot I won in a silent auction in March of 2019. Inside was the best gift of my life, a free WILDFIT 90 Day Challenge. I was 30 pounds overweight, bloated, lethargic, suffering inflammation and contemplating hip surgery.
After 90 Days, my inflammation was GONE! My hip no longer hurt, and I had more ENERGY than I ever thought possible. I also released 20 pounds in 3 months. And the best news is that 2 years later, I have kept off the 20 pounds and released an additional 10. pounds.
In November 2021, I decided it was time that I share the FOUNTAIN of YOUTH with others. I am beyond excited to share WILDFIT with as many people as I can!
